We are proud to announce that Attorney Joshua Prince of Prince Law Offices, P.C. was featured in a blog article on Examiner.com written by David Codrea, who writes for Gun Rights Examiner. Mr. Cordrea is also a field editor for GUNS Magazine, and a blogger at The War on Guns: Notes from the Resistance. The article focuses on Attorney Prince’s efforts to secure an investigation of Philadelphia’s police chief, Charles Ramsey. According to Attorney Prince, Police Chief Ramsey has been in violation of Philadelphia’s prohibition against open carry since approximately 2008. Police Chief Ramsey failed and may continue to fail to meet any of the exceptions to the prohibition against open carry because Police Chief Ramsey is not a certified police officer, nor does he possess a license to carry firearms. Attorney Prince raised these allegations with the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s Office, which has failed to investigate the claims. Attorney Prince’s allegations were originally featured in an article on Examiner.com on April 5, 2012.
The July 17, 2012 article, along with a full and complete explanation of the allegations against Ramsey, can be read at Requests to Investigate Anti-Gun Philly Top Cop’s “Gun Crimes” Ignored.
